Volunteer as a 4H Club Week Facilitator!
UFA supports 4-H Alberta as a part of our commitment to give back to the local community as we continue On the Road to Better. 
“We have the opportunity to partner with brands like 4-H Alberta who, like UFA, are focused on developing, advancing and inspiring communities where our members live and work,” says Tim Church, Petroleum Area Manager.
4-H Alberta has reached out to UFA with an exciting volunteer experience. They are looking for UFA representatives to be facilitators at Club Week, also known as “THE Summer Program”.
Club Week has been changing 4-H member’s lives since 1942. The six day camp will take place in Hinton, Alberta from July 27 - August 3, 2018 and is available for senior 4-H members, aged 15 – 20.
As a Club Week facilitator the responsibilities include:
- Spending time facilitating small groups. Session material will be provided and all sessions will be reviewed at the facilitator training.
- Act as Staff of the Day. This role may include leading reflection activities or introducing activities.
- Participate in daily Staff Meetings, where leaders can discuss concerns, review program details or share successes.
Club Week builds confidence through education and experience. The activities, games and entertainment are planned in a way that will energize and inspire the participants and facilitators.
