Brooks Farm & Ranch Supply Store Now Open

We are pleased to share that our Brooks Farm & Ranch Supply store re-opened on May 22, for our adjusted business hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Tailgate Pick-up service remains available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

With this re-opening, all UFA locations, including Farm & Ranch Supply stores, Petroleum Agencies, Cardlocks, Fertilizer Plants and Ag Depots are open and ready to serve you.

You Asked, We Listened

The launch of Tailgate Pick-up at UFA Farm & Ranch Supply stores has been very well-received, but has resulted in a higher than expected volume of orders.

While our team has been doing the best they can to answer all calls and take orders as efficiently as possible, we recognize there have been challenges.

Based on your feedback, we are pleased to introduce a new online order form that can be used to place your Tailgate Pick-up orders. You now have the option to place your order using the online form or by calling 1 (877) 258-4500, Option #3. The full Tailgate Pick-up process is listed below.

Tailgate Pick-up Process

All UFA Farm & Ranch Supply stores are currently offering Tailgate Pick-up. Use the following process when placing your orders

  • Visit the shop section to check on product, price and availability
  • You will need a myUFA registered email to access the online order form. If you are not registered, please complete the quick registration form.
  • Go to to order online or call 1 (877) 258-4500, Option #3 with your order. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Orders placed before 12 p.m. will receive same day service. Orders placed after 12 p.m. will be available the next business day.
  • Your local Farm & Ranch Supply will call you once your order is placed, to confirm date and time of pick-up.
  • At your scheduled pick-up time, pull into designated spot and call number provided. A UFA employee will load your purchase into your vehicle.

Tailgate Pick-up Payment

UFA accepts debit, Visa, Mastercard and UFA charge accounts for payment on Tailgate Pick-up orders. UFA charge account holders have access to a “contactless signature” option using your cellphone and UFA now offers the option of emailing your receipt or printing a paper copy.

Store Hours

UFA has adjusted the hours at Farm & Ranch Supply stores to be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday. At 4 p.m., the stores will close to the public, but will be available to serve Tailgate Pick-up orders until 5 p.m. This gives our team the opportunity to perform additional cleaning and sanitizing, and time to restock for the following day.

While we have adjusted the overall store hours for our Farm & Ranch Supply stores, there are no further changes planned for the operating hours at our Fertilizer Plants or corporate Petroleum Agencies at this time.

Protecting Our Members, Customers and Team

In addition to the preventative measures already in place, including frequent cleaning at all sites, regular disinfection of high-traffic areas and physical distancing, UFA has installed plexiglass dividers at all locations. At our Farm & Ranch Supply stores, we have introduced one-way aisle markers, installed distancing barriers at the checkout counters and limited the number of people that can be in our stores at one time.

These measures ensure our members and customers have the physical distance to shop safely at our locations.

In recognition of the tremendous efforts our front-line teams have dedicated during this difficult time, we have also implemented permanent increases in pay to our front-line employees, effective April 1.
