    Return policy

    VeriGrain Sampling offers a 30 day return, and a 1 year parts and labour warranty. Warranty starts on the date of sale on UFA Marketplace. All returns must be approved by an authorized representative of VeriGrain Sampling prior to prepaid shipment to our facility. All returned goods must be unused in their original packaging and are subject to evaluation. A 25% restocking fee may be applied to any items requiring additional handling. For warranty claims, VeriGrain will have choice of repair or replace. Please contact sales@verigrain.com for further information.
