At UFA, we recently implemented a new enterprise-wide computer system called SAP. Ultimately, it will help us serve members and customers better. As with the integration of any new system, we are experiencing some problems. For example, March statements were up to two weeks late getting processed.

We are working to fix the computer problem as quickly as possible.

To remind you how important your business is to us and to thank you for your patience, we will not charge interest for one month on transactions charged to your UFA account in March.

We apologize for the frustration our system problems may have caused you. Thanks again for your patience and patronage.
